This lunchbox has really changed a lot of things about how I make, prepare and save food. In addition to the obvious (like steaming more asparagus when I make it for dinner, or cutting up extra veg when I make a salad), there have been subtler changes. For example, I would have never before saved this small amount of spaghetti — it was all that was left over after dinner last night, and I would previously have thrown it away. But it is the perfect amount for one of the small containers, so instead I stuck in in the lunchbox for today.
